Heroes For the third consecutive year, Pöntinen invited some fellow musicians for an adventurous musical journey taking place in Visby Dôme the day before the actual start of the festival. The programme in the Dôme is always performed as a suite, without applause between numbers. This time Pöntinen had arranged pieces by Rameau and David Bowie for cello, piano and organ which he played together with cellist Svante Henryson and pianist/organist Bengt Forsberg. The renowned singer Håkan Hagegård contributed with brillant performances of two Mahler songs. Click here for the complete programme (Word doc.)
